Very good staff and location, early check-in. Late check-out was useful. Besides, parking was available on site. Popped in Queens Pub for shots before sleep, it was at a medium distance from the venue.

Unbeatable location, great restaurant. Loved Nanaimo, the hotel was quiet. We had the queen room which was extremely pleasant and well-appointed. The staff was CONDESCENDING and everything was great.

Fairly clean place accompanied by helpful staff. Central heating, multi-channel TV and a radio in the room and the comfy bed. Besides, the location was secure for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Maffeo Sutton Park.

Everything was simply wonderful. Fancy classic hotel. Location was lovely, 0.5 km to Nanaimo Harbour Water airport, perfectly reachable. Our room was warm with a clean bathroom. Fantastic service, provided by the diligent staff. The pool area was heated too.

The property was unreal, the staff was ok, everything else was fine too. Had normal queen suite with 2 double beds, modernised bathroom and couch. I liked the fact that there were microwave, an electric kettle and fridges. Easy check-in, decent location...
